You know trauma. You've done the training, sat with complex presentations, and understand the nervous system, the attachment wounds, the way a body holds what a mind can’t process. You are good at this work.

What you don't always have is the right tool at the right moment.

It's Tuesday afternoon. Your next client is a 9-year-old with early childhood neglect. Before that, an adult survivor of a high-control religious institution who has never once heard the words “religious trauma” in a clinical space. Before that, a teenager who dissociates mid-session and can't find language for what's happening in her body.

Three clients. Three completely different needs.

You know what each of them needs clinically. What you're scrambling for is the resource that bridges the gap: the Triune Brain worksheet a child can hold, the tool that lets your dissociative client show you what she can't say, the sheet that finally names what your religious trauma client has been carrying for decades.

You’ve settled for “close enough” more times than you’d like to admit. This bundle was built for exactly that gap.

A quiet therapy room

A GENTLE OBSERVATION

What if you had a single resource that followed your client from the very first psychoeducation conversation all the way through to narrative identity work, for every age?

What if the next time a client couldn't find words for their dissociation, you had a tool that let them show you instead?

NICE TO MEET YOU,

I'M JEMMA HEYDEN

I'm a trained mental health professional working in the field since 2013. I worked in private practice settings, community clinics, school corridors, and crisis shelters.

I built these resources because I lived the gap firsthand. I was the therapist sketching the Triune Brain on a napkin before a session. I was the one adapting adult worksheets for a 10-year-old on a Sunday evening because nothing age-appropriate existed.

My background blends psychology, trauma-informed practice, and graphic design. I care equally about clinical accuracy, client-accessible language, and making your workday simpler.

Every resource has been used in real clinical settings and refined through feedback from thousands of therapists worldwide. This is the toolkit I wish I’d had from day one.

The full lifespan: children (ages 5 to 12), teens, and adults. Many resources come in both adult and child versions, including the Window of Tolerance, Tree of Life, Safety Sheets, and Trauma Workbooks.
Is this suitable for group therapy?
Yes! Many of the tools, games, and worksheets work beautifully in small groups.
Who are these resources for?
Qualified mental health professionals — therapists, psychologists, school counsellors and social workers — for use in session, groups, schools and supervision.
Is this an automatic recurring subscription?
Yes. Every current membership offer is a recurring subscription, so your access renews automatically until you cancel. (If you joined earlier through a once-off or fixed-access offer, those are no longer offered to new members, but your original terms still stand, you were only charged for that access period unless you chose to continue.)
What formats do the resources come in?
Most come as print-ready PDFs, with editable Google Docs or Word versions for many resources so you can adapt wording or branding.
Is this suitable for group therapy?
Yes. The psychoeducation sheets, card decks, and workbooks all work well in group settings. The card decks are particularly effective for normalizing shared experiences without requiring individual disclosure.
Can I use this with individual clients?
Absolutely. It's ideal for both 1:1 and group settings.
How does it work?
Once you join, you'll get access to the Therapy Resource Library, a growing collection of ready-to-use mental health resources. You can browse the library, download the resources you need, and use them in your work with clients, students, or groups, within the terms of your license.
I'm not a trauma specialist. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Trauma presentations appear across every area of clinical practice. This bundle is designed to be immediately usable for any therapist who regularly encounters trauma in their caseload.
What is the Therapy Resource Library?
A membership giving you 8,000+ worksheets, workbooks, games, visuals and forms, organized by age, theme and format, with new tools added every month.
Is this a physical product?
Nope—digital only. That means you get it immediately, print what you need, and reuse forever.
How long do I have access to the Therapy Resource Library?
You'll have access for the length of the plan or offer you purchased. On an active membership, you keep access for as long as your subscription remains active.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes — the Freebie Library gives you instant free access to a curated set of high-integrity worksheets and tools so you can experience the style first.
Will I receive access to new resources added in the future?
Yes. Your purchase includes lifetime access: as the bundle grows, so does your toolkit at no extra cost.
How can I start using my bundle?
When you purchase, you'll create your own login details. Once that's done, just log in and dive into your new tools!
Will I get access to new resources?
Yes! Your lifetime access includes new resources that will be added over time at no additional cost.
Will I lose access to downloaded files if my membership ends?
Any files you downloaded during your active membership are yours to keep for your own licensed use, but you will lose access to the library itself and any future updates once your membership ends.
Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital download. Instant access after purchase. Print at home or use the fillable versions digitally for paperless and telehealth practice.
Are the resources evidence-based?
Every resource is grounded in psychological evidence and real clinical experience — no pop psychology, just tools that support the work you already do.
Do you offer any refunds?
Because this is a digital product with instant access, refunds are generally not offered once purchase has been made. Please read the sales page carefully before buying, and feel free to reach out with any questions beforehand.

Worksheets, workbooks, psychoeducation handouts, games, card decks, discussion tools, and other practical resources designed to save you time and support meaningful work with clients.
Is this suitable for all ages?
The library includes resources for different age groups and settings. Individual resources may be more suited to children, teens, or adults, so it's always a good idea to read the product description or preview before using.
Are new resources added regularly?
Yes. The library is designed to keep growing, with new resources added over time so members continue getting fresh, useful material.
Can I request a resource?
Yes, member feedback and requests help shape what gets created next, and I love hearing what would support your work best.

Your purchase gives one professional access to use the resources in their own work with clients, students, or groups. You may not share, forward, resell, upload, or distribute the files unless you have purchased the appropriate license.
Do I need a printer to use the library?
No. Many resources can be used digitally — by screen sharing, sending as homework, or using them on a tablet or computer. Printing is helpful, but not essential.
